Our Process

We Specialize in small batch production

Our jackets are made only when we receive orders. This helps to reduce the overall waste and pollution of creating clothing as well as allowing us to focus on quality.

Unlike other fashion brands, we work with our leather from start to finish. We use Grade A sheep hides, a material that encompasses 7% of the total hides that are available. All hides that we use are by-products of the food industry allowing us to minimize waste.

Our selected hides go through a tanning process. During this step, the hides are turned into leather and/or nubuck and if applicable, our proprietary water-repellent solution is added throughout the process.

Once completed, our leather and/or nubuck are transferred to our stitching facility of over 30 years of experience, where they are ready to be hand crafted into jackets. Our jackets undergo inspection and quality assurance during and after their construction. When ready, our jackets are prepped and then shipped.

Our leather jackets take approximately 4-6 weeks to make and ship to you. Our nubuck jackets take approximately 6-7 weeks. Our accessories take approximately 2-3 weeks.
